Bookkeeping

We offer bookkeeping services tailored to meet your specific needs. We are happy to maintain your bookkeeping records on your behalf either by attending your business premises or you delivering your accounting records to our offices or we can just be on the end of a phone to lend a hand when things get tricky.

As a practice we use Sage bookkeeping software but we are able to advise and assist with the use of alternative bookkeeping software such as Xero, Kashflow, Quickbooks and Excel.

Accounts Preparation (sole trader, partnership and companies)

We will prepare your accounts from your accounting records. Our aim is that these accounts will meet the requirements of HM Revenue & Customs and, where applicable, Companies House but will also be useful to you, providing you with additional insight into the financial position and performance of your business.

Corporate & Personal Tax advice

Whether you are a sole trader, partnership or limited company or just requiring personal tax services, we aim to assist you manage your tax affairs. We will complete and submit corporate, partnership and personal tax returns and let you know what tax needs paying and when.

Payroll, CIS & VAT services

We will endeavour to tailor our services in these areas to meet your needs. From providing purely telephone support to undertaking the full service:
Payroll - We can provide you with assistance with the operation of your own payroll or provide full payroll services in respect of monthly payrolls with staff numbers of 1 to 20. This includes operation of your auto-enrolment pension scheme.
Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) - We can provide you with assistance with the operation of your own CIS scheme or undertake CIS services on your behalf where subcontractor numbers are low (less than 10).
VAT services - We can assist with the preparation and filing of your VAT Return or we can undertake the task of preparing and submitting the Return on your behalf.

Secretarial services

This encompasses many services which we are happy to carry out for you.
We are happy to undertake company formations, maintenance of Statutory Books,  filing of annual confirmation statements, appointments and resignations of company officers and share allocations to name a few.
